Rooted in simplicity, integrity, and respect for the body’s natural intelligence, I offer professional Registered Massage Therapy that is both clinical and deeply human. Every treatment is guided by assessment, informed consent, and attentive presence, meeting each client exactly where they are.
I believe that healing does not require excess, force, or urgency. It requires skillful hands, thoughtful listening, and an environment that supports the nervous system. By bringing care directly to the home, mobile RMT removes common barriers to treatment — travel, time pressure, and overstimulation — allowing the body to integrate more fully.

About me
Carmen has a deep passion for holistic healing and being of service to the community. She takes a direct, clinically informed approach to manual therapy, blending fascial release, trigger point therapy, muscle energy techniques, and deep tissue work, craniosacral therapy and active release - always attuned to each client’s unique presentation.
Dedicated to helping clients achieve meaningful and sustainable wellness goals, Carmen integrates manual therapies in relationship with the nervous system to support lasting change.
Carmen transitioned into her career as a RMT after working in environmental education. Inspired in part by her own recovery from sports injuries and years of physically demanding work, she developed a deep respect for the body’s resilience adn capacity to heal. She is a graduate of the rigorous 3,000-hour RMT program at Kootenay Columbia College of Integrative Health Sciences.
Outside her practice, Carmen embraces an active mountain lifestyle and enjoys mountaineering, hiking, climbing, skiing, dancing, and spending time in her vibrant community.

Where do you provide mobile massage services?
EIR Mobile Registered Massage Therapy services clients within the city limits of Revelstoke. Service expansion to Nelson is opening soon. If you are unsure whether your address falls within the service area, please reach out.
How do I prepare for my in-home massage?
Please prepare a quiet, private space approximately 5' x 9' to comfortably accommodate the massage table and allow room to move around it.
In your intake form, you will be asked to specify:
* Which entrance to use
* Confirmation that the space is safe and free of hazards
I will arrive 5–15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to set up so we can begin promptly.
What does a mobile massage session include?
Each appointment includes:
* Health intake and brief assessment
* Professional massage table setup (with heating pad and linens)
* Speakers and music (you are welcome to request preferences)
* Individualized hands-on massage therapy
* Corrective exercise or movement recommendations when appropriate
* Full equipment takedown at the end of your session
You simply remain in your home, allowing the treatment to integrate without the disruption of travel.
Do you offer direct billing?
Yes. Direct billing is available through:
* Pacific Blue Cross
* Sun Life
* TELUS Health insurers (including Manulife, Canada Life, etc.)
If your insurer is not listed, please contact me prior to your appointment to confirm coverage options.
Do you treat ICBC or Work Safe BC clients?
No. I do not directly work with ICBC or WSBC.
What if I don’t see availability that works for my schedule?

Why is the minimum appointment 75 minutes?
Mobile massage is a premium, professional healthcare service delivered directly to your home. Your session includes not only assessment-based, regulated massage therapy, but also travel time, professional equipment transport and setup, and the convenience and safety of receiving care in your own space.
You are investing in:

* A treatment environment where your nervous system can fully relax
*If you book a Trio or Quattro (three or four 60-minute sessions back-to-back), the per-session cost is comparable to clinic-based massage therapy in town.
